Moroccan olives

1 | large | Can pitted green olives; (or 2 lbs by weight) |
Lemon slices | ||
Cumin; paprika | ||
Whole garlic cloves; peeled | ||
Oil; water |
Make a sauce by mixing about 1 cup of water, a tbsp oil, cumin & paprika in a saucepan. Add the drained olives, garlic cloves & a few lemon slices.
Cook together for 15-20 minutes. Cool & refrigerate.
