Rice noodles with peanut sauce and chicken

| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ginger root; grated |
| ½ | cup | Chicken bouillon |
| 4 | ounces | Bean sprouts |
| 1 | medium | Red pepper; sliced |
| 2 | Stalks green onion; sliced | |
| 1 | pounds | Chicken breast |
Directions
Cook spaghetti (the original recipe used rice noodles, just tried it tonight and I liked it). MIx peanut butter, soy sauce and gingerroot in saucepan. Add chicken bouillon. Add spaghetti, bean sprouts, bell pepper and onion. Toss.
