Rice noodles with peanut sauce and chicken

2tablespoonsSoy sauce
1teaspoonGinger root; grated
½cupChicken bouillon
4ouncesBean sprouts
1mediumRed pepper; sliced
2Stalks green onion; sliced
1poundsChicken breast

Directions

Cook spaghetti (the original recipe used rice noodles, just tried it tonight and I liked it). MIx peanut butter, soy sauce and gingerroot in saucepan. Add chicken bouillon. Add spaghetti, bean sprouts, bell pepper and onion. Toss.
