Rice crust pizza with kielbasa

3cupsLong-grain rice -- cooked
And cooled
1tablespoonOlive oil
2Egg whites -- lightly
Beaten
¼cupParmesan cheese
Vegetable cooking spray
1cupPizza squeeze sauce
1cupFresh mushrooms -- sliced
¼poundsReduced fat Polish Kielbasa
Chopped coarsely
¾cupMozzarella cheese, part skim
Milk -- shredded

Directions

Combine rice, oil, egg whites, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl; mix well. Press evenly on a sprayed pizza pan. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread pizza sauce over prepared crust and top with mushrooms. Sprinkle with chopped Kielbasa followed by mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Serves 6. Calories per slice 372⅗, 9.0 fat grams, 21.7 % fat.
