Rice crust pizza with kielbasa

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Long-grain rice -- cooked
\N \N And cooled
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 \N Egg whites -- lightly
\N \N Beaten
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
\N \N Vegetable cooking spray
1 cup Pizza squeeze sauce
1 cup Fresh mushrooms -- sliced
¼ pounds Reduced fat Polish Kielbasa
\N \N Chopped coarsely
¾ cup Mozzarella cheese, part skim
\N \N Milk -- shredded

Combine rice, oil, egg whites, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl; mix well. Press evenly on a sprayed pizza pan. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread pizza sauce over prepared crust and top with mushrooms. Sprinkle with chopped Kielbasa followed by mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Serves 6. Calories per slice 372⅗, 9.0 fat grams, 21.7 % fat.
