Measure Ingredient
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dried tarragon
1 Clove garlic; lg., crushed
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 tablespoon Minced parsley
2 tablespoons Dill pickle relish
1 teaspoon Capers

Mix in blender.
