Fondue sauces for beef

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sour Cream
3 \N Clove garlic, crushed
1 cup Sour cream or mayonnaise
½ teaspoon Dry mustard (or to taste)
1 cup Sour cream
3 teaspoons Horseradish
1 cup Catsup
3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Chopped chives salt and Pepper to taste. salt and pepper to taste. salt and pepper paprika
3 teaspoons Prepared mustard
3 teaspoons Prepared horseradish

MUSTARD MAYONNAISE

SOUR CREAM HORSERADISH

HOT SAUCE

For the first three mixtures, combine all ingredients. Chill. For the hot sauce, combine all ingredients, bring to boil in sauce pan, serve hot.
