Measure Ingredient
4 quarts Cabbage
2 quarts Tomatoes
6 Peppers
5 Onions
2 ounces Celery seed
1 teaspoon Tumeric
4 tablespoons Salt
2 pounds Sugar
2 quarts White vinegar
2 ounces Mustard seed

Grind vegetables on coarse grinder. Add seasonings and cook vegetables until tender. Seal in jars until used.
