Refrigerator sweet pickles

Measure Ingredient
3 quarts Sliced cucumbers
1 large Onion; cut in rings
1 large Bell pepper; cut in rings
½ cup Salt
3 cups Sugar
2 cups White vinegar
1 teaspoon Celery seed
1 Jar (4-oz) chopped pimento

Arrange cucumbers, onion rings & bell pepper rings in jars. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour mixture over cucumbers. Store in refrigerator. Ready to eat in 7 days & will keep up to 12 months in refrigerator.
