|3 quarts||Sliced cucumbers|
|1 large||Onion; cut in rings|
|1 large||Bell pepper; cut in rings|
|2 cups||White vinegar|
|1 teaspoon||Celery seed|
|1||Jar (4-oz) chopped pimento|
Arrange cucumbers, onion rings & bell pepper rings in jars. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour mixture over cucumbers. Store in refrigerator. Ready to eat in 7 days & will keep up to 12 months in refrigerator.
