Refrigerator sweet pickles

Ingredients

| 3 | quarts | Sliced cucumbers |
| 1 | large | Onion; cut in rings |
| 1 | large | Bell pepper; cut in rings |
| ½ | cup | Salt |
| 3 | cups | Sugar |
| 2 | cups | White vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Celery seed |
| 1 | Jar (4-oz) chopped pimento | |
Directions
Arrange cucumbers, onion rings & bell pepper rings in jars. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour mixture over cucumbers. Store in refrigerator. Ready to eat in 7 days & will keep up to 12 months in refrigerator.
