Raspberry coulis

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Plus 2 T powdered sugar | 
Directions
Puree raspberries and powdered sugar in blender or processor until smooth. Strain.  (Can be prepared 1 day ahead.  Cover and refrigerate.
