Randy pollak's uncooked persimmon pudding roll

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Persimmon pulp
1 cup Sugar
½ cup Nutmeats
½ cup Coconut
12 larges Marshmallows, cut up
18 \N Graham crackers

Save enough graham crackers to roll your pulp. Mix together all ingredients and roll together in crumbs. Wrap with waxed paper and refrigerate overnight. Slice and serve. Good with Cool Whip (tm) or ice cream.
