Ramon's salsa casera

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N White Onion, cut into 1/8 inch dice
6 \N Plum Tomatoes, cut into 1/4 inch dice
2 larges Serrano Chiles, cut into 1/8 inch dice
2 \N Garlic Cloves, minced
¼ cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon Sugar
¼ cup Tecate Beer
2 \N Mexican Limes, juiced
2 teaspoons Kosher Salt

A) Place the chopped Onions in a strainer, rinse with hot tap water, and drain.

B) Combine all ingredients, except Salt, no more than 1 Hour before serving. Mix well. Chill 30-60 minutes.

C) Add Salt when serving. Serve with Tortilla Chips, Lime Wedges, and Iced Cold Tecate.
