Radish pickles

Ingredients

| 3 | tablespoons | Rock salt | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Vinegar | 
| ½ | tablespoon | Sesame oil | 
| 3 | tablespoons | Sugar | 
| 1 | each | Peel radish and slice paper thin. | 
| 2 | eaches | Press radish down on rock salt and leave overnight | 
| 3 | eaches | Rinse radish with water until no longer salty. | 
| 4 | eaches | Squeeze out water, add vinegar, oil and red pepper. | 
| 5 | eaches | Place is air-tight jar and serve. |
