Radish pickles

Measure Ingredient
1 large Radish
3 tablespoons Rock salt
2 tablespoons Vinegar
½ tablespoon Sesame oil
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 each Peel radish and slice paper thin.
2 eaches Press radish down on rock salt and leave overnight
3 eaches Rinse radish with water until no longer salty.
4 eaches Squeeze out water, add vinegar, oil and red pepper.
5 eaches Place is air-tight jar and serve.
