Quick lemon rice soup

cupVegetable broth
3cupsPre-cooked rice
8cupsWater or vegetable broth
¼cupLemon juice
1cupNutritional yeast
1tablespoonTamari or soy sauce

Directions

In a large pot, saute onion, kale, and seasonings in ⅓ c vegetable broth over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes longer. Serve warm.
