Quick bread salad

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Olive oil |
| 3 | tablespoons | Red wine vinegar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Snipped fresh oregano |
| ½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | pounds | Whole wheat sourdough bread, cut in 1 1/2 in cube |
| ½ | pack | (10 oz) torn Italian-style mixed salad greens |
| 1 | medium | Tomato, cut in thin wedges |
| ¼ | cup | Cherry tomatoes or yellow sweet pepper, halved |
| ½ | cup | Greek or other olives |
Directions
In a screw-top jar combine oi, vinegar, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper.
Cover tightly and shake well.
In a large salad bowl combine bread cubes, torn Italian-style mixed greens, tomato wedges, cherry tomatoes or sweet pepper and olives. Add dressing; toss and serve.
