Yield: 9 Servings
|1 teaspoon||Baking soda|
|5 tablespoons||Vegetable oil|
Mix all ingredients together. Place in an 8x8 baking pan, ungreased.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
This is a dark rich chocolate cake. As there are no eggs, it can be made when there is almost NOTHING in the house!! Frost, if desired but we frequently eat it right away!
