|2||3 3/4 oz. packages vanilla|
|1 cup||16 0z. pumpkin|
|1½ teaspoon||Pumpkin pie spice|
|4 cups||Whipped topping|
|1||Baked pie shell|
Add pudding mix to milk and beat on low speed until blended about 30 sec. Blend in pumpkin, spice and 2 cups of whipped topping. Pour into pie shell and chill until set at least 4 hours. Garnish with rest of topping.
