Instant pumpkin pie

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 3 3/4 oz. packages vanilla
Instant pudding
1⅓ cup Milk
1 cup 16 0z. pumpkin
1½ teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
4 cups Whipped topping
1 Baked pie shell

Add pudding mix to milk and beat on low speed until blended about 30 sec. Blend in pumpkin, spice and 2 cups of whipped topping. Pour into pie shell and chill until set at least 4 hours. Garnish with rest of topping.
