Potato walnut latkes

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Margarine (suet)
3 Eggs
1 tablespoon Oil
1 cup Chopped walnuts
3 Potatos, boiled
Salt and pepper

Place (suet) margarine in frypan wirh oil and heat well. Meanwhile, mash the potatos add the eggs and walnuts and salt and pepper and mix well.
