Potato and cheese pyrohy filling

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Grated onion
2 tablespoons Butter
2 cups Cold mashed potatoes
1 cup Or more cottage cheese
\N \N Salt & pepper (as desired)

Cook the onion in the butter until tender. Combine it with the potatoes and cheese.
