Portabella mushroom stuffing

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
6cupsSour dough bread; cubed
4Stalks celery; diced
2Onions; diced
1bunchParsley; chopped
1bunchThyme; chopped
3Cloves garlic; minced
2cupsMonterey Portabella Mushrooms; chopped
6Eggs
1cupChicken stock
Salt and pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Stuffing should be moist. Adjust seasoning and stuff your bird. Roast chickens for about 8 minutes per pound at 375 F. Roast turkeys for about 18 minutes per pound at 375F.

Makes an excellent stuffing for chickens and turkeys.
