Ingredients

2largesPortobello mushroom caps, washed
1Turkey sausage, sweet italian style, cooked and chopped finely
½Stalk celery, chopped finely
1Clove garlic, minced
2Green onions, sliced finely
1tablespoonGreen pepper, chopped finely
1Egg white
1tablespoonBreadcrumbs (italian)
¼cupFinely shredded swiss (package said 8 grams for 1/3 cp)

Directions
