Pork chops with mustard and dill

4Center loin pork chops, boneless, trimmed
¼teaspoonSalt
teaspoonPepper
1tablespoonDijon mustard
1tablespoonFresh dill, chopped
2teaspoonsOlive oil
1teaspoonGarlic, finely chopped
2tablespoonsDry bread crumbs, unseasoned

Directions

Heat broiler. Flatten chops to ½" thickness, using meat mallet or bottom of heavy skillet. Transfer chops to broiler pan; sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Combine mustard, dill, oil and garlic in small bowl.

Spread evenly over chops. Sprinkle evenly with bread crumbs. Broil chops 4" from heat for 5 minutes or until just cooked through.
