Yield: 6 Servings
|6||Rib or loin pork chops; 1" thick|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
|½ teaspoon||Dill weed|
|1||Clove garlic; sliced|
Place chops on grill or in broiler pan. Brush with Lemon Dill Butter. Broil for 30 minutes, basting often.
Lemon Dill Butter: Melt margarine in Microwave pan or saucepan. |Add lemon juice, dill weed and garlic.
NOTES : A real favorite for the grill.
