How to Prepare the Pork:
Combine the oil, lime juice and garlic in a shallow baking dish, add the pork and toss to coat, let sit for 5 minutes. Heat a large skillet until smoking, season pork with salt and pepper and saut for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through.
How to Prepare the Tacos:
Divide the pork among the tortillas and top with your favorite toppings.
