Pork and apple tacos

2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
3 tablespoons Lime juice
3 \N Cloves garlic; finely chopped
4 \N Boneless pork chops; sliced into
\N \N ; 1/4-inch strips
\N \N Salt and freshly ground pepper
4 larges Flour tortillas
\N \N Pre-grated cheese; cheddar & monterey
\N \N ; jack
\N \N Iceberg lettuce; shredded
3 \N Chopped tomatoes
\N \N Sour cream
\N \N Cilantro
\N \N Salsa; store bought or
\N \N ; homemade
2 \N Chopped apples

How to Prepare the Pork:

Combine the oil, lime juice and garlic in a shallow baking dish, add the pork and toss to coat, let sit for 5 minutes. Heat a large skillet until smoking, season pork with salt and pepper and saut‚ for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through.

How to Prepare the Tacos:

Divide the pork among the tortillas and top with your favorite toppings.
