Pork and apple pie (aunt b's)

| ½ | pounds | Apples |
| 2 | mediums | Onions |
| 1 | pounds | Mashed potatoes |
| A little stock or water | ||
| Seasoning to taste | ||
Directions
Cut pork into small pieces.Sprinkle with salt and pepper.If sage is liked sprinkle over two teaspoonfuls.Slice apple and onion thinly.Place a layer of pork in pie dish with a layer of apple and onion on top and continue until all is used.Pour in a little stock or water and cover with a crust of mashed potato.Bake in a moderate oven for about an hour.
