4 pounds Coarse Ground Pork Butt
1 pounds Coarse Ground Beef Stew Meat
2 tablespoons Coarsely Ground Pepper
1 tablespoon Marjoram Leaves
8 Cloves pressed garlic
¼ teaspoon Ground Allspice
3½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Cold Water
