Pol sambol (coconut sambol)

Measure Ingredient
75 grams Coconut
25 grams Onion
¼ teaspoon Chilli powder
½ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Lime juice
1 teaspoon Paprika

Grate the coconut and chop the onion. Place the coconut in a bowl and add the onion, chilli powder salt, lime juice and paprika powder. Mix well.
