Poached white peach with a cointreau cream

1Poached white peach; peeled
1Ball of vanilla ice cream
125millilitresDouble cream; (4fl oz)
Icing sugar to taste
Splash of Cointreau
Dark chocolate; for grating

Directions

Place the ice cream on a plate. Partially split open the peach and cover the ice cream. Whip the cream with the Cointreau and the sugar until floppy and then drizzle over the peach. Finally grate over some chocolate.
