Yield: 3 Cups
| Measure | Ingredient |
|---|---|
| 2 cups | Flour |
| 1 cup | Salt |
| 2 tablespoons | Cream of tartar |
| 2 cups | Water |
| 1 tablespoon | Mineral oil |
| \N \N | Food coloring |
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until stiff. Allow to cool; knead.
