Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Flour |
1 cup | Salt |
4 tablespoons | Cream of tartar |
2 cups | (very) cold water |
4 teaspoons | Food color; -=OR=- |
1 pack | Kool-Aid |
Mix the flour, salt and cream of tartar in a saucepan over high to medium high heat. Add remaining ingredients. Stir till boiling 3-5 minutes (make sure it does not scorch). Take off heat. Let cool.
