Planked filet of salmon

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 pounds Salmon fillet (skin 1 side)
\N \N Pepper; ground to taste
\N \N Oil
½ cup Butter; melted

Wash salmon in cold water, dry and season with pepper. Place on heated oak plank, skin down, and bake at 350/F 25-30 minutes. Baste with melted butter during cooking. If fish does not brown during cooking, place under broiler last 2 minutes.
