Plank salmon with new potato salad

1.00untreated cedar plank; oiled well
½onion; grilled
½bell pepper; grilled
1.00cupbbq sauce
½poundsnew potatoes; quartered, blanched
½cupchopped cilantro
¼cupsliced green onions
1salt; to taste
1freshly-ground black pepper; to taste
2.00tablespoonmayonnaise

Directions

Rub salmon with Bayou Blast and place on the cedar plank. Place salmon on grill, close the lid. Chop grilled onion and pepper and add to BBQ sauce. After 4 minutes, brush BBQ sauce on salmon. Let cook 2 more minutes and serve with potato salad. For the potato salad: Mix potatoes, cilantro, green onions, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
