Measure | Ingredient |

1 can | (no. 2-1/2) whole tomatoes |
1 can | Hot chili peppers; finely chopped |
4 | Green onions; finely chopped |
3 | Ribs celery; finely chopped |
1 | Long green hot pepper; fresh, finely chopped |
Salt to taste |
Press tomatoes through a collander. Combine chopped ingredients with tomatoes. Salt to taste. Store in covered jar in the refrigerator.
Excellent with dried beans or meat. May also be used as a dip with corn chips.
