Piquante sauce #1

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (no. 2-1/2) whole tomatoes
1 can Hot chili peppers; finely chopped
4 Green onions; finely chopped
3 Ribs celery; finely chopped
1 Long green hot pepper; fresh, finely chopped
Salt to taste

Press tomatoes through a collander. Combine chopped ingredients with tomatoes. Salt to taste. Store in covered jar in the refrigerator.

Excellent with dried beans or meat. May also be used as a dip with corn chips.
