|1 can||(no. 2-1/2) whole tomatoes|
|1 can||Hot chili peppers; finely chopped|
|4||Green onions; finely chopped|
|3||Ribs celery; finely chopped|
|1||Long green hot pepper; fresh, finely chopped|
|Salt to taste|
Press tomatoes through a collander. Combine chopped ingredients with tomatoes. Salt to taste. Store in covered jar in the refrigerator.
Excellent with dried beans or meat. May also be used as a dip with corn chips.
