3 | Ribs celery; finely chopped | |
1 | Long green hot pepper; fresh, finely chopped | |
Salt to taste |
Directions
Press tomatoes through a collander. Combine chopped ingredients with tomatoes. Salt to taste. Store in covered jar in the refrigerator.
Excellent with dried beans or meat. May also be used as a dip with corn chips.
