Pike baked in cream

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Pike fillet
3 tablespoons Butter
1 small Diced onion
½ \N Diced green pepper
1 \N Diced celery stalk
½ cup Tomato (peeled, seeded &
\N \N Chopped)
1½ cup Heavy cream
1 cup Grated swiss cheese
½ cup Bread crumbs
½ teaspoon Salt

Heat oven to 350. Wash & dry fish. Place in greased casserole. Heat butter in pan. Add onion, pepper & celery; saute until tender. Add tomato & simmer until liquid has evaporated. Spoon over fish. Add cream & sprinkle with cheese & crumbs. Bake 30 minutes.
