Ingredients

| 2 | mediums | Green peppers, chopped |
| 1 | gallon | Tomato juice |
| ½ | gallon | Tomato paste |
| 2½ | cup | Chopped celery |
| ⅓ | cup | Dried parsley flakes |
| 3 | tablespoons | Salt |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dried oregano |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |

Directions
In a large kettle, brown beef; drain. Add the next 11 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 4 hours stirring occasionally. Heat the hot dogs; place in buns and top each with about ¼ cup sauce.
