Phyllo pockets

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Phyllo dough
½ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Cinnamon
8 ounces Mascarpone cheese
¼ cup Honey
1¼ cup Mixed berries

Directions: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Draw 8 x 4" circles on the parchment paper. Lay one sheet of dough out and spray with butter flavored vegetable spray. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Place another sheet of dough and crumple it to the 4" circle dimension. Repeat with remaining sheets of dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese and honey. Spoon a round of the cheese mixture onto the crisp dough round. Top with the mixed berries.

Place another phyllo dough on top.
