Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Soft tofu |
2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
2 teaspoons | Sugar |
½ teaspoon | Soy sauce; or tamari |
1 pack | Vegan dry onion soup mix |
In a blender or food processor, combine tofu, lemon juice, sugar and soy sauce or tamari and blend until very smooth. Pour the mixture into a serving bowl and stir in the soup mix. Stir well and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Serve with chips or raw veggies.
