Yield: 3 cups
|1 pounds||Soft tofu|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
|½ teaspoon||Soy sauce; or tamari|
|1 pack||Vegan dry onion soup mix|
In a blender or food processor, combine tofu, lemon juice, sugar and soy sauce or tamari and blend until very smooth. Pour the mixture into a serving bowl and stir in the soup mix. Stir well and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Serve with chips or raw veggies.
