| 1 | tablespoon | Flour |
| 1 | medium | Sliced onion |
| 2 | Sliced celery stalks | |
| 5 | 7 lb roasting chicken | |
| Salt, pepper & paprika | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Shake flour in bag; place bag in 13 X 9 X 2" baking pan. Place half the onions & celery in bag. Rinse chicken & pat dry. Sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper; place remaining vegetables inside cavity. Sprinkle chicken surface with seasonings.
Place chicken in bag with tie; cut 6 half inch slits in top. Bake until tender, 1¼ to 1 ½ hours.
