Pepper corn bread

Measure Ingredient
1⅛ cup Water; lukewarm
3⅓ cup White bread flour
2 tablespoons Dry milk
1½ tablespoon Sugar
1½ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Butter
2 teaspoons Seasoned pepper
⅓ cup Corn meal
1¾ teaspoon Active dry yeast

This isn't your grandma's corn bread. It's lighter than standard corn bread, with a zing!

Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer's insctructions.

Makes a 1½ pound loaf.
