Penzey's mustard

| 1 | cup | Mustard powder |
| 3 | ounces | Cool water |
| 3 | ounces | Vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Honey |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in non-reactive container. Place in jars and let stand 4-8 weeks, depending on how strong you want the mustard.
