Pear and apricot butter

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 pounds Pears; peeled and cored
1 pounds Dried apricots
3 pounds Sugar

Place pears and apricots in a large saucepan. Add water and cook until soft. Strain, and return to pan. Add sugar and cook until thickened, stirring frequently. Pour into glass jars and seal.
