Peanut cremes

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Container Ready to Spread Vanilla Frosting
½ cup Peanut butter
1 pack (12 oz) chocolate chips
1 tablespoon Shortening (up to 2)

In a bowl combine frosting and peanut butter. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until mixture can be formed into balls. Form into ¾ inch balls and refrigerate an additional hour.

In top of double broiler over hot water, melt chocolate chips and shortening. Using 2 forks, dip balls into chocolate to coat. Place on waxed paper while chocolate sets. Store in refridgertor.
