Peanut butter sauce for satay (siamese princess)

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Crunchy peanut butter
1 \N Onion; minced
1 \N Lemon grass stalk; minced
1 cup Coconut milk
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Chili powder

Combine with whisk or fork. Serve at room temperature with Thai satay.
