Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Smooth peanut butter |
1 cup | Granulated sugar -or- |
½ cup | Granulated sugar -and- |
½ cup | Brown sugar |
1 \N | Egg |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
1 dash | Salt |
Preheat oven to 325ø. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Roll into small balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart. Press lightly with a fork to flatten. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Yield: 1-½ dozen.
