Peach strudel dessert

Measure Ingredient
8 \N -(up to)
9 \N Sliced peaches or apples
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 cup Flour
1 \N Egg
¾ teaspoon Salt
⅓ cup Melted butter
\N \N Cream or whipped cream

Butter a 9-inch pan & put sliced fruit in it. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar. Combine 1 cup sugar with flour, baking powder, egg & salt & put on top of fruit. Drizzle melted butter over all. Bake 40 minutes at 350. Serve with cream.
