Pancake strudel

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
250 grams Flour
4 \N Eggs
⅛ litre Milk
1 dash Salt
\N \N Sour cream
\N \N Sugared apple slices
\N \N Raisins
\N \N Scalded milk

Combine flour, eggs, milk & salt to make pancakes. In buttered pan make pancakes; spread each with sour cream, apples & raisins. Roll them up & put in a buttered baking pan. Pour scalded milk in the spaces, but do not cover pancakes. Bake in 400 oven until milk is bubbling; add more milk & bake until all milk is absorbed. Serve hot, sprinkled with vanilla sugar.

Cherries or plums may also be used.
