Pasta with creamy spinach

Measure Ingredient
200 grams Pasta shapes
100 grams Half fat garlic flavoured soft cheese
100 millilitres Milk or
3 tablespoons Half fat creme fraiche
1 \N 200 gram bag young spinach leaves
\N \N Nutmeg; grated
\N \N Salt and pepper
\N \N Cheese; grated (optional)

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the pack. Set aside in a colander.

Heat the half fat garlic flavoured soft cheese with the milk or 3tbsp half fat creme fraiche in the same saucepan.

Meanwhile, cook the bag of young spinach in the microwave. Drain spinach well in a colander and chop roughly. Mix into the cheesy sauce, add some freshly grated nutmeg and toss in the pasta. Season and eat topped with some grated cheese (optional).
