Parsnips & sweet potatoes

| Carrots and parsnips. | ||

| Cover with orange juice. | ||

| 350 deg oven till everything | ||

| Soft (about an hour or so). | ||
Directions
You can also add some dried apricots or prunes. This, by the way, is my recipe for tsimis.
