Parsnips & sweet potatoes

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N x Peel and cut into large
\N \N Squares sweet potatoes.
\N x Peel and cut into chunks
\N \N Carrots and parsnips.
\N x Put in a baking dish and
\N \N Cover with orange juice.
\N x Cover with foil and cook in
\N \N 350 deg oven till everything
\N \N Is
\N \N Soft (about an hour or so).

You can also add some dried apricots or prunes. This, by the way, is my recipe for tsimis.
