Yield: 1 Servings
|\N x||Peel and cut into large|
|\N \N||Squares sweet potatoes.|
|\N x||Peel and cut into chunks|
|\N \N||Carrots and parsnips.|
|\N x||Put in a baking dish and|
|\N \N||Cover with orange juice.|
|\N x||Cover with foil and cook in|
|\N \N||350 deg oven till everything|
|\N \N||Soft (about an hour or so).|
You can also add some dried apricots or prunes. This, by the way, is my recipe for tsimis.
