Parmesan-cornmeal sticks

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | All-purpose flour |
| ½ | cup | Yellow cornmeal |
| ⅓ | cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sesame seeds, toasted |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Ground red pepper |
| ½ | cup | Skim milk |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Combine milk and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface; roll to an 8-inch square. Using a pizza cutter or pastry wheel, cut dough into 4 (4-inch) squares, and cut each square into 8 (½-inch-wide) strips. Arrange strips on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until crisp. Let cool completely on a wire rack. Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 4 sticks).
