Paris (texas~ of course) onion soup

Ingredients

2quartsOnions, sliced
cupButter
1teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonBlack pepper
1quartMilk
1pintHalf and half
2cansStock, chicken

Directions

Simmer onions in butter 45 minutes. Season to taste. Add milk, cream and chicken broth.

Place toast in bottom of soup bowl. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Pour soup over toast.
