| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 4 | Chicken breast halves* | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Olive oil |
Directions
*skinned & boned Mix flour, salt, and pepper on waxed paper. Coat chicken with mixture, shaking off any excess. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and tilt pan to coat bottom with oil. Return to medium-high heat, add chicken and cook 6 - 8 minutes, turning once, until chicken is golden and opaque at center. Remove to dinner plates or a platter. Prepare a Mix & Match sauce in same skillet, first removing any fat left in pan. Serves 4. Source: Woman's Day, 8-5-97. MM: Lyn.
