Oriental bacon stir fry

| 175 | grams | Beansprouts; (6oz) |
| 125 | grams | Mangetouts; (4oz) |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 2 | teaspoons | Wholegrain mustard |
| 1 | tablespoon | Clear honey |
| Salt and freshly ground pepper | ||
| 1 | teaspoon | Sesame seeds |
Directions
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Fry the bacon and salad onions for 4-5 minutes over a moderate heat,stirring occasionally.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir fry for a further 4-5 minutes.
Transfer to a warmed serving plate and serve immediately with rice or noodles. As an alternative, for a firmer bite, use 2 bacon steaks cut into thin strips instead of the bacon rashers.
All recipes can be made using standard, tender sweet or Dry Cure bacon.
